Each one of our Social Packages begins with a basic version of our Social Media Takeover Package from our Branding Page. This allows us to get crystal clear on your vision, so we can nail you and your business’s vibe from the get-go. We require a two-week planning period before posting begins–the first week is building your strategy, second week is creating your posts and copy, then by the third week, if all approved, we begin posting!

(Complete with visual vibe of your feed, tone of voice, hashtag strategy, categories to post about, how to post about them, and more!

1. We create a group WhatsApp chat for easy communication. We will create a GDrive link so you can upload photos, promos, and/or any other info you think we may need. (Don't worry, we will help you set all this up).

2. Each week you will get a link of the upcoming social posts for the week ahead. You will be able to see what the posts look like on your Instagram grid, the day and time they are set to be scheduled, and the copy for each post. We can either email this or put in the WhatsApp chat--your choice.*

*You will be assigned 1 review day and 1 revision day with us (we will plan this around your schedule). We will need all content and revisions from you by those two (days). All other days, we will be available for communication but may not be able to make revisions to your requests. We get that stuff pops up too, and while we can't guarantee last minute changes, we will always try our best.

3. Once we send you the link for approval, you have two days to request revisions (if more time is needed, just let us know and we can arrange that). We will make your requested revisions and follow up with a new link. No post will go out unless approved by you first!

4. We like to stay ahead of the game at least one week in advance. If we have already planned for the week, but a last minute post or request pops up, you can always shoot us a message and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

5. You are welcome to post on Instagram yourself as well; however, we love creating a cohesive layout and consistency within your feed, so ask that all content that goes on your feed be filtered through us if possible. If not...we will plan around you. Ultimately, we are here to make your life easier

**The more we are informed and a part of the team the better! Social posting is always best as a collaborative effort. We want to know about all upcoming events as soon as you know, promotions, etc. The more we know and the more we team up, the more authentic your feed will be. Happy posting!
